The destination to Paphos includes a route visiting Kolossi Castle situated approx. 14 KM west of the city of Limassol.
Kolossi Castle was a former Crusader stronghold and it held strategic importance in the middle ages and contained large facilities for sugar production that was exported at the time.
Our next stop will be at the Apollon sanctuary. Apollon Hylates was the protector of Kourion and its believed that he was worshipped from the 8th Century BCto the 4th Century AD.
On our way to Paphos we will stop and enjoy a beautiful view of the Stone of Aphrodite, which according to legend, this rock is the site of the birth of the goddess Aphrodite.
Our last stop before lunch will be at the Tomb of the Kings situated in the town of Paphos. The site is a part of the archeological park of Kato Paphos and is one of the most important archaeological sites of Cyprus.
